Construction Noise

Construction Noise – Section 13-104 – The making of any construction noise on any construction site which is detectable on any adjoining property is hereby declared a nuisance during the hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM,  Monday through Saturday and all hours on Sunday, and is hereby prohibited.
